Himalayan Conservation and Development Association (HCDA) is a non-political and non-profit making independent social organization. It was established in 2050 B.S. (1994 A.D.) after getting duly registered in District Administration office, Humal, with the vision of promoting integrated efforts for creating social, economic, cultural and physical development of the citizens from the Himalayan region.
